The pay sucks for wage employees.The school doesn't take care of its wage employees, part time employees, or lower level full time employees. They want employees who make very little money to pay full price for parking. They also what employees to pay full price for on campus meals. You even have to pay to use the fitness center. If you are a professor at the college not only do they pay you a king ransom but treat you better.The hiring process take forever.
