You get to work with some of the most passionate mental health employees in the profession. Everyone is kind towards one another, culture can be interpreted different by one person to the next but I believe this hospital has a strong culture compared to different hospitals. Beautiful facility, great location, and decent pay.

Long hours. The job demands a lot out of the staff.

Food. Therapists. Some nurses and techs.

Management is so disconnected. High patient to staffing ratios. Safety is not a priortiy
