I am for the first time motivated to find a job elsewhere as this company is no longer able to provide an adequate level of fulfillment. The "agreement", based on the guiding principles, made between me and the company has been violated for the last time, most recently in the form of no bonus even though my personal contribution to the bottom line is more than 20X my salary. And I am not the only one. Of the other employees that I know well enough to have such conversations the majority share the same sentiment and many are in the process of finding work elsewhere.
If you need a job and can put up with the lack of fulfillment you should be checking out GP as there are going to be a lot of vacant positions in the near future.
