Horrible job - Recensione dipendente - Technician presso Georgia-Pacific

This job just beats you down long hours constantly and no sort of schedule change no matter how much you ask, if you have vacation days and pto it doesn’t matter because someone who has worked their for 5+ years has like the whole year off anyways and you can’t take those days if someone else has taken it off even in a whole different position than yours which is BS then they have the nerve to ask why their turn over rate is over 55% they can’t figure anything out the pay isn’t worth all that if you want even a little free time because if you aren’t sleeping your working and they are constantly calling you in because they don’t know how to get the new hires to work
