There are none. A lot of what the Company shows you as a new employee is deceiving! Pay is low, no advancement opportunities, and no areas to grow. People are friendly and open at first, but being a large company, there is a lot of politics. You have to be good at networking and opportunities depend upon word of mouth. If you fit in, a lot of doors can open up for you.

Many employees are frustrated and tired of lack of advancement opportunities. Industry is contracting, and the company is trying to pivot and develop a new business strategy so there are growing pains. Management doesn't allow employees to have any say in day to day work, it's a high stress environment with average work-life balance and low, low pay. Benefits are decent but not worth the negative impact on your career.
