Too many organizational changes; too corporate of an environment; I felt there was not much chance for upward mobility - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Georgia Power

I was there when the nation & state's economy was at it's worse and the company was cutting back and making many organizational changes from within the company. GA Power was not hiring many new outside employees, besides engineers, and were giving promotions to people that had been with company for a long time. New employees were not given those same chances when I was there.
