They hire lot of people and then try to bring employees from other Shclumberger(Geoservices) locations (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Russia, Kazakhstan,...) and then laidoff the US employees. They do that because they pay the people they bring to the US less money. And they something they call: "Schlumber-lies" during the hiring process they will tell you lot of good stuff that they will never and ever do.
