Plenty of time off, good company culture, thoughtful management

I am the only full time in person employee amongst hybrid/remote employees which is depressing at times

everyone has an office with glass doors

The owner outsources all of his workers to the Philippines. He wanted the employees who were working at the office in Irvine to train the Filipino employees on how litigation in the states worked. He then proceeded to fire the employees after the Filipino workers were "trained". Malpractice waiting to happen.
