* The people you work with are some of the kindest, funnest people I’ve ever worked for. * They hired me on when I knew nothing about administrative/sales duties and were patient when teaching me. * If there is a relationship problem between co-workers, they are very quick to jump in and fix it.

* They don’t pay properly for the work that is put in…not just in my department, in all of the departments. (Sales, Service, Parts, Administration, etc.) * They are cheap with some things. If there is a broken desk or a chair broken, they won’t replace it unless it’s in pieces. * There is a lot of dirty secrets… * Little to no opportunities for advancement with GOOD pay.
