I work from home and receive inbound calls from people that are really looking for life insurance. I have a great supervisor who cares about my success and coaches me every week. The bonus plan changed in October that made the goals clear on what needs to be done to bonus.

Keep improving the technology. The switch over to the new computers and VPN was great. No more disconnects from the system. Better time off policy. It’s to hard to schedule a day off.
