** Orientation felt a bit rushed (we got lots of training time, but when it came to learning the systems, understanding the benefits and how to log in etc. we got one quick run through) **Calls can be any where from a few minutes to 25-40minutes long, which can be very mentally draining (patience is needed for this role) **You are scheduled specific breaks and lunches and are required to take them, so if you are a work horse like me it takes some getting used to, but you'll appreciate it in the long run. :)
