No way to progress in the company unless you have a bachelors degree. They have been taking bounuses away. Raises are done thw same across with everyone even if you dont deserve a raise. They have been in trouble with their own federal government for fraud in the upper management last year and this year. Each time closing down shops and bringing in new management or changing them around. They let safety team and HR run the company. Regional management is worthless when it comes to doing anything. Shop management not being aloud to run shops.
