With Nepotism , family hires and friends of friends that often get preference in promotions and scheduling someone outside that group often gets passed by and then pigeon holed. The recent change in our pay structure hurt the morale of the work force which may take years to rebuild. Way to much political correctness between departments which result in lack of change or corrective measures.
