Stable, and overall good environment to work in day-to-day. Ethical, and fair. Management is hit or miss, like any company. I'd recommend the company to others.
Svantaggi
The steel industry is slow moving, and isn't up to date with technology or the new management mindsets. Definitely an old school vibe to it. Since people stay so long, and turnover is low, there are limited opportunities for advancement.
