I.T. department invaded by contractors on H1B visa's. IT directors seem to have gone loopy for hiring immigrants and visible minorities. If you are not a visible minority, you will have a hard time getting / keeping a job in Gerdau IT.

Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
