Sensitive to staff needs and structured well as a company

There are none that I can think of

weekly pay checkisn't so bad.

- Horrible Bosses - No training - Everything is your fault not your managers. - Favoritism, the CEO has a soft spot for one of the equipment reps and she got two raises in less than a year. - Bosses lie in their favor against you. - Customers are terrors and run the company more than the owners. - Owners come in do some work then close their doors to practice their music instead of being active CEO's. - No room for growth - No kept promises. - BIGGEST ISSUE NO HUMAN RESOURCES TO SPEAK TO.
