The human resources department is excellent. Should you find yourself with some form of personal issue, they're more than willing to work with you towards a solution. The fact that the company is still (mostly) family-run still counts for something.

Poor management, from the individual departments thru the store management and definitely including corporate.
Most corporate supervisors are hilariously out of touch with the reality of day-to-day store operations. And the owner? He's more concerned with opening hardware stores!
