I would add to this a contrary experience: Customer service is who I am so I enjoy getting to be in a position where I can coach others on how to have exceptional customer service, de-escalate, and solve issues. Leading the team to be victorious and strive for success while creating an atmosphere that makes people excited to come to work is a great experience.
