Thank you for the efforts you put in at our Consumer Assistance Center. For our Customer Service Roles, we always hire based on the seasonality of Open Enrollment — the window where consumers can enroll in health insurance plans on the exchanges. This is explained during the interview process and the positions are described as temp-to-perm. Unfortunately, we cannot make all temp-to-perm positions permanent. But thank you again, the work you did at GetInsured was important and truly helped people.
