It’s remote You don’t need to take pto to take a day off, you can just ask to not be paid that day

Pay is low They do not care about their workers Inadequate training They will hire you and then immediately after the season winds down lay you off or demote you. They don’t tell you this when they hire you. They do this every year, and some folks didn’t know they were being laid off until the day they were laid off.

Direct employees impacted by seasonal reductions received a two-month notice to allow for planning. Additionally, all employees and contractors are informed of the temporary nature of certain roles during the recruiting and interview process, as many are initially hired on a temp-to-perm basis. Lastly, we encourage open communication and provide multiple avenues for employees to voice concerns or seek assistance. Our dedicated HR chat and email aliases allow employees to address urgent matters with HR and frontline supervisors promptly. We value the contributions of every team member and are always working to improve our workplace culture.
