I work in the IVA dept right now and I love the hrs we have for right now 8:30-5. And we can come in early or stay late 30 mins to make up some time if we miss due to appointments or whatever. My supervisors are great!!! Elaine, Laisha, and Even care about each and everyone of us. We are a small but might team, and my teammates are the best too!! I love working on improving the Iva Rosie. When I was in the floor taking calls I also like that too.

Hours are set to change for Open Enrollment Period and mandatory OT might be required so be prepared (especially if you have back issues like me-but they do work with you to accommodate as much as possible)
