      Micro-Management. You will be questioned for using the bathroom, getting water, or just about anything like medical issues. Overtime is a must. You will work more than required. Your employment status is based on a whim. Expect to be fired at any time, effective immediately. Don't like the equipment they use, buy your own. You are encouraged to do so. Employee health insurance is costly. Doesn't encourage growth in company.
