We are a young and growing start-up, and we acknowledge certain departments may still be working on building their teams. Over the past months, we’ve ramped up hiring to make sure we can provide all departments sufficient support. On top of that, we conduct regular 1-1s with our employees to check in on their bandwidth and morale, so managers can step in early if anyone’s workload starts feeling unmanageable.
