The management is poor, no matter it's assignment of workload or human resource management. Sometimes you're very busy but you can see other team members have nothing to do for whole day. And PMs often blame on software engineers for the bring-up component not working, but bring-up process actually involves other teams like hardware team or RF team. For my case, the reason for the component not working is because the voltage set unproperly by HW team which is irrelevant of software.
