We want all of our employees to feel supported and try to find ways to ensure they are able to successfully support the business while also working in ways that best suit their needs. We believe our Leadership Principles and Flexible Work Principles help us continue to do this! In terms of lack of investment in education, I would love to hear more details if you're willing to share. As a starting point, we do offer Udemy for Business, which is an extensive catalog of free online courses for employees. These courses cover a large area of subject matters and can be taken during the workday to help further an employee's development in various areas. In addition to this, we have a large library of Work Ramp courses that provide additional knowledge to employees on company topics and policies. Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
