I am not sure where you are located, but we offer benefits to all employees, regardless of where they are located. Our Benefits team also takes the time to do market research each year to ensure that we are always competitive in the market with our offerings. In terms of evaluations, we have a standard performance review process, which is the same for all employees across the board, regardless of their position or level. Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
