      Hello, thank you for your review. We always appreciate honest feedback on our current processes and initiatives. We certainly have onboarding processes in place for all teams - initial meetings with our HR Coordinator team, meet and greets with managers and peers, as well as online trainings specific to reach role, plus partnering new employees with seasoned members of the team.       Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
