      Good pay, great benefits, most people are good to work with

      Poor communication, broken promises, lack of support from leadership, too much OT & not always notice for OT (they ask you 1/2 way into your shift if you can stay late &/or come in early), gender discrimination

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
