Poorly managed projects, especially when they are large and affect several international teams or external customers. Lots of unpaid overtime. One of the keys to success and career growth is working a lot of unpaid extra hours. Salaries are way below market average, although they are OK when coming fresh from university or getting hired after being an intern there. High rotation level. Most of new hires are fresh graduates or interns that leave after 1-2 years, when they find opportunities with better salaries and more confortable work environments. Barcelona's office is in the middle of an industrial area with very bad public transport connections, cause it also hosts the smartcard production facilities.
