Very stressful, constant bullying management is disconnected. workers are driven by the fear of being terminated and are quick to pass blame on others and not take responsibility. Older employees are old, grumpy and resistant to newer technology and ideas, but they are the ones that are running the show staring at the clock or sleeping waiting for their retirement date.
