There are obvious favoritism and some employees are treated unfairly and there are no other solution but to leave. It is not true about Employee First. There are "No" ONE Gigamon. The culture that upper management wanted to implement are not felt in all across the company. Lots of cliques. There are many gossips, manipulation of employees with big influence with Upper management. When there are conflicts among teammates, people are afraid they will be black listed and direct reports will see you as a problem and would rather sweep it under the rug. Mid level management will knowingly protect the people who are bullies & these people kept getting promoted. You are either part of their inner circle or not. People cannot speak up, no re-course. This company tolerates workplace harassment. Horrible workplace.
