Leadership have no idea what they are doing. The founder has no care in the world about his company. If you are hired for a certain role the work won't ever justify it. They will hire you for a month and then their company vision changes so frequently there would not be a need for you anymore. Total waste of your experience and learning. DO NOT EVER GO THERE.
