Leadership team is extremely thoughtful - Director of People has cultivated a culture of radical transparency, care for others and challenges teammates to reach their highest potential + think outside the box. CEO is someone who motivates you, gets the team pumped up to hit goals. Good work life balance. Teammates are unmatched - best team ever. Product truly solves problems for our customers and team works really hard to provide excellent experiences for them.

We're in growth mode with new goals to hit - a bit of a grind this year but par for the course with a start up. still figuring out best ways to optimize communication and workflows especially across departments.

We built a social media graphics creation solution that schools loved, but it didn't get the investors the money they want. It seemed clients liked us, but we weren't profitable enough.

We now need to be profitable and enter new markets which is causing chaos. I wouldn't be surprised if the company goes under in the next year.
