The people are nice. You can cultivate good relationships with other people

No change in pay, while the company makes millions in profit. Disorganised systems in place with lack of communications. Management is arrogant and has a clique mentality and do not respect their employees

- good pay if you are a casual and the manager likes you. They’ll give you all the shifts - easy work, minimum skills required. Hardest task is answering customer emails so it’s easy - uniform provided

- there is a clause in their contract that says that if their “client” wants you removed they are legally able to dismiss you even if it’s unfair dismissal. This is a loophole that allows them to hire you even on a contract and blame your dismissal on the client rather than them unfairly dismissing you. But if you’re fine with losing your job any day and having no rights this is a great job. Management also claim they consider employees “family”, however can be unprofessional and turn on you when they feel like it. - no staff discount for anything - if your a casual they go off of favouritism. If they don’t like you or are jelous of you in any way they’ll cut your shifts down so low, while giving others pretty much full time hours on a casual pay.
