You can have a lot of freedom and ownership, participate at projects with big business impact and grow within the company, if you are proactive and driven. Everyone is extremely helpful in all situation, there is nothing like internal competition, everybody cooperates together. The offices are nice, the people are friendly, the parties are cool.

Sometimes things can be a bit chaotic. It is a bigger company now, but sometimes structures and systems are not yet fully developed. Example - nobody will hold your hand so that you can grow. Mainly people who proactively seek the opportunities advance within the company, as there is no systematic educational or developmental plans. This leads to some people feeling they have no access to courses or workshops, etc (because they didn't ask).
