No risk assessment they sack whole departments and expect you to pick up the work load then realise it’s impossible and start trying to hire temp staff to cover there failings when they could have just kept the perm staff on. Dead end job no room for progression no discussion of progression after a few months you’ll notice this and it demoralises you. Lots of issues new director gone closing branches making departments redundant I imagine due to budget issues so I feel it’s a sinking business.
