Additional tasks, such as passports, are complicated and not worth the pay

Most people are great to work with.

Management doesn’t want people that think independently. They want people who won’t question them and will follow exact instructions only. If you work there and they ask for feedback, don’t bother. Agree with them, always, and you will be fine.
