Besides the obvious 10 holidays per year, GES offers a small company feel while delivering a large company portfolio of clientele. What the small company feel means is that we are a tight-knit team with members working with and for each other rather than against (no territory to guard, and nothing held tight to the chest). There is a strong sense of camaraderie which contributes to the culture of mentorship which is also prevalent. What the large-firm portfolio means is that the type and scope of our projects is diverse and interesting. Our projects include major central plant renovations, public schools, labs, etc. Basically, it's impossible to get bored, as often happens at more "boutique" style firms.
