But later i was given 60-40 when asked for it they told me that i was responsible to pay their taxes too. 3. No one can sustain with them for longer period 4. If you have some real time experience, then you can also be a trainer. 5. Even you earn for years, you will not be paid on bench. They will ask you for money to pay for all the taxes if you are on bench. 6. To transfer your h1, they will charge you like anything. Even though they say they will return your h1 transfer fees after 3 months on project, they will not return it. Will give you every damn reason to hold your amount. 7. Will rarely answer your calls 8. Will talk sweet and make every effort to make your transfer with them. Once your transfer is done, they will talk as if they have done a huge favor for you and their demands will start from then. On bench, they treat people like hell. 9. Will not run the payroll regularly. 10. Will see every damn corner to get rid of the taxes. 11. Even though you get considerably good amount from the client, they will not run the complete amount. They say that they will release perdiums, laptops, holiday trip tickets... but will not happen at all. At the end, even legally you can't ask for perdiums.
