There is lots of opportunity to work on interesting projects and to work in different areas of the company as internal career progression is a focus. If you want to do something different or move up there is opportunity to do so. It is a solid company that will be here for the long term and the CEO is admired and has a good vision for the future . The CEO asks people company wide to submit improvement ideas and they actually get implemented.
