This is due to: No tea or coffee facilities, you have to pay for everything Dirty toilets Old fashioned facilities, not up to the correct standard of ergonomics 09:00 - 18:00 working time with no flexibility Inappropriate sales leaders (this is a large, global corporation) Small, inexperienced HR team who lack direction No employee engagement or recognition for high achievement (apart from sales) Lack of progression for all roles No benefits 20 days holiday and 3 of those days must be taken at Christmas No training or development programmes
