In terms of gender diversity, we’ve recently hired four females into the team. Our culture is based on meritocracy, the better you do the more opportunities you get. High performers are rewarded exceptionally well and our commission structure and salaries are very lucrative in the business intelligence industry. Account Managers have the flexibility to travel and freedom to manage their account book as if they were running their own business. We have a high level of expectation and as high growth company that experiences double digit growth year on year, we work hard with Account Managers who are not meeting required standards to ensure their success by providing clear instructions and follow through.
