      No progression opportunities Limited benefits ie no tea/coffee facilities CEO has to approve minor changes which slows down the process of things drastically Workload and responsibilities increase with limited/no resources, along with no salary increases High staff turnover No incentives only if you are in sales HR do not have employees interest at heart

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
