You will ask for the promotion a hundred times and will be promised, but nobody cares in reality. - No career growth. Don't expect even annual review. - Bad management. No planning, very unprofessional and bossy. - Dirty office and kitchen in the basement. Very basic. - EXPIRED snacks/food like 3 times per year. It will be left in the kitchen area just because it's expired and unwanted by the top managers. - Everything you will work on should make sense only for one person. Your opinion as a specialist in your area doesn't play any role. - Data and numbers are changed on the go sometimes... just to look better and bigger. - Lack of communication with management. - Very oldschool, no innovations here.
