      Ok product, some good and smart sales people. Not much else!

      High turnover, - many people leave after less than 6 months. Some are pushed, many others jump! -Lack of transparency -Managers technique; Do as i say, not say as i do -Reduced comms … but increased Dividend to shareholders. Shows where priorities are.

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
