Poor general management without any scope for actual change (mainly due to lack of sway of mid-level managers). Sales-heavy power-driven upper management. Retention Levels abismal (talent flies through and out the other side rapidly). Witnessed some pitiful examples of employee negligence (i.e. Contract-exploitation, lack of transparency, dead-end initiatives).
