GD can give you "promotions" with more responsibility, title changes, and no additional pay. The appraisal process means nothing. There are no bonuses or increments even when the product is growing consistently and generating significant positive revenues. They are transparent with the performance of the business and may at most throw a pizza party. Don't expect any monetary growth here unless you are part of the executive leadership team.
