Credit is given to the managers not the employees who made the project successful - most hired on employees are lazy here. You walk past people you will likely see Facebook or social media or some streaming, personal browsing. - false promises - you can get stuck here cause its so comfortable without any movement for your career goals - small cent raises but bonuses are given to mangers
