Great Potential, Need to Execute, More Consistent Management - Recensione dipendente - Senior Manager/Deputy Director presso GlobalFoundries

Management has been schizophrenic. Didn't manage start of company well, as it's hard to change a fab from a single-source to a multi-customer facility. Also, merger of Chartered into GLOBALFOUNDRIES wasn't handled well. At some point, investors MAY want a return on their money! Management turnover: 3 CEOs and 3 CFOs in my 3 years here - need some consistency in leadership. Too many VPs and above - trim down the C-Suite.
