Never seen a more worse management system than global people start and leave within 30 days of being hired, no fair merit raises, no clear defined path for promotion, CEO and upper management are 100% hands-off type of leaders, 90% of people there are either trying to leave or already have, they have been aware of their bad reputation for years and have done nothing about it.
